TRESU to Showcase Customized Flexo Printing and Coating Systems at ICE Europe 2019

TRESU is planning to exhibit its customized retrofit flexographic units for printing, coating, and gluing on manufacturing and converting lines at the ICE Europe 2019 in Germany. The flexo units by TRESU can be retrofitted with any converting machine. Applying the coating media, silicone, ink, and glue to a wide range of plastics, papers and nonwoven substrates, can help in optimizing manufacturing processes in market The specialist flexo units by TERSU can be integrated into the production process for diverse specialist applications including wallpapers, household chemicals, direct mail publishing, and feminine hygiene products, and food.

The flexo unit is available in widths ranging from 185mm to 4.8 meters and the unit also comprise one to six flexo stations. It also features TRESU’s automated ancillary equipment that regulates the coating and ink supply, thereby, providing a clean and uniform application at the speed ranging from 10m per minute to 1000m per minute with a very minimum manual input.

The TRESU will also showcase MaxiPrint concept in the 1600mm to 6000mm widths. It is a carbon fiber chamber doctor blade with an integrated system with efficient and fast water cleaning of the anilox roll and chamber. Moreover, the low pressure cleaning also assures a minimum loss of water during cleaning.
